The cost of a lease plan start from just £150.00 This price includes full measured site survey and draw, up to 3 hard copies and an electronic PDF file will also be emailed to you. Since October 2003, all new leases granted for terms over 7 years or existing leases sold or assigned with 7 years left to run must now be registered with Land Registry. As part of the registration a compliant Lease Plan must be included.
