Lease Plans

Since October 2003, all new leases granted for terms over 7 years or existing leases sold or assigned with 7 years left to run must now be registered with Land Registry. As part of the registration a compliant Lease Plan must be included.

If you require a lease plan let JLB Designs provide quality, reasonably priced residential and commercial Lease Plans to property lease holders and professionals, such as solicitors, estate agents and chartered surveyors.

Residential Lease Plan

£175.00 for up to 100 sq metres

Then 40p per sq metre

Commercial Lease Plan

£200.00 for up to 150 sq metres

Then 50p per sq metre

These costs INCLUDE the provision of an OS Map and up to 3 hard copies. A PDF copy will also be emailed to you.

Please note, that a small mileage charge will be added for a site visit further than 15 miles outside of Worthing.
